6 Month Progress Report
I've left this post up for posterity. This was my first attempt to start blogging my senior pastor journey. Be kind 😀 So...6 months into my first lead pastor ministry position and things are going great. So far, things seem to be organized and on track for a fall explosion. Over the last several months we have been working quietly behind the scenes preparing the way for an awesome autumn. We are going to hire a worship pastor, have been paving the way for our small group ministries, are ramping up the children's ministry, are in the process of remodeling the gym, had a sprinkler system put in, and even fixed the coke machine! It seems that everything is going to culminate in September-October...and when that happens, hang on! Through the summer, we have maintained a steady attendance.
